SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Returns
Only items that have been purchased directly from Tri Cascade (www.shopping.tricascadeinc.com) , can be returned to Tri Cascade products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at return@tricascadeinc.com with your order number and reason for the return, if the product is return-eligible, an RMA number will be assigned, and please return the well packed package prepaid with the RMA number on the outside of the box. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
If your return is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, it will be replaced with a new one. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at return@tricascadeinc.com with your order number and a description of the issue, if the product is exchange-eligible, an RMA number will be assigned, and please return the well packed product prepaid with the RMA number on the outside of the box, once we receive the package, we will ship a new unit to you.
Shipping Cost
If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is returned to us safely.

Package
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cable, device, documentation and accessories that were included when you received it. If there is any missing item from the return package, there will be a deduction accordance with the item from your refund. 
Before you ship it, please, please pack it properly, Tri Cascade is not responsible for damage of returned products.
